About the role#
This internship provides students with corporate experience within the manufacturing sector. You will support hourly recruiting efforts across multiple facilities, helping to build candidate pipelines and improve hiring outcomes. The program lasts 10 to 12 weeks during the summer of 2027.
What you'll do#
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews.
- Track hiring activity and maintain candidate pipelines.
- Partner with plant leadership teams to provide staffing updates.
- Monitor recruiting metrics and time-to-fill performance.
- Develop staffing reports and dashboards.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment efficiency.
- Manage multiple projects with overlapping tasks.
- Assist with process improvement initiatives.
- Complete value-added projects and deliver a final presentation to the local management team.
What you'll need#
- Full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university through the program period of May to August 2027.
- Pursuit of a Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Familiarity with relevant software and systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products is preferred.
