About the role#
This internship provides students with corporate experience and insight into the business operations at Hubbell. You will focus on developing operational finance metrics and dashboards that provide business leaders with insights to improve performance across the T&D Infrastructure organization. This is a 10 to 12 week program occurring during the summer of 2027.
What you'll do#
- Analyze financial and operational data using systems such as SAP, Power BI, and OneStream.
- Design and build an Operations Finance Dashboard.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine, finalize, and transition the reporting solution for ongoing use.
- Apply classroom knowledge to projects and develop technical skills relevant to your major.
- Manage multiple projects with overlapping tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Assist with process improvement and provide support to co-workers.
- Present your work to the local management team at the end of the program.
What you'll need#
- Full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university throughout the May to August 2027 program period.
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Familiarity with relevant software and systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products is preferred.

- Location: St. Louis, Missouri.
- Work modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $22.50 to $29.00 per hour, depending on academic standing and expected graduation date.
- Employment type: Full-time.
