About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to gain corporate experience and prepare for a career in engineering. You will focus on developing a new grounding product or enhancing an existing product family. You will work on projects that add value to the business and present your findings to the local management team at the end of the program.
What you'll do#
- Define product requirements and performance objectives.
- Develop design concepts and select materials and manufacturing processes.
- Create CAD models and coordinate prototype sourcing and fabrication.
- Conduct mechanical and electrical performance testing.
- Manage multiple projects with overlapping tasks.
- Assist with process improvement.
What you'll need#
- Full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Experience with CAD.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products is preferred.

- Compensation: $22.50 to $29.00 per hour, depending on academic standing and expected graduation date.
