About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to gain corporate experience within the Hubbell Internship Program. You will focus on developing standardized safety and operational documentation. This includes integrating Job Safety Analyses, Work Instructions, and Risk Assessments into machine-specific Standard Operating Procedure binders. You will help establish sustainable processes that improve safety, training, and regulatory compliance.
What you'll do#
- Partner with EHS, Operations, and production teams to create reference and training materials.
- Review EHS program requirements and support Lockout/Tagout compliance and annual program updates.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Manage multiple projects with overlapping tasks while working independently with minimal supervision.
- Deliver a presentation to the local management team at the end of the program.
What you'll need#
- Full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university during the internship period from May to August 2027.
- Pursuit of a Bachelor's or Master's degree related to the internship.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Familiarity with relevant software and systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products is preferred.
