About the role#
This internship provides corporate experience within the Hubbell organization. You will spend 10 to 12 weeks during the summer of 2027 working on projects that support our sales operations. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ohio.
What you'll do#
- Analyze sales performance data to find growth opportunities.
- Develop recommendations that drive business results.
- Partner with Territory Managers and cross-functional teams to evaluate the performance of customers, distributors, and sales channels.
- Uncover trends and challenges while delivering insights that improve efficiency and customer engagement.
- Complete a business impact project.
- Deliver a final presentation to the local leadership team.
What you'll need#
- Full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university throughout the internship period of May to August 2027.
- Pursuit of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Operations Management, or a related field.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA.

- Compensation: Paid position with hourly rates ranging from $22.50 to $29.00 based on academic standing and expected graduation date.
