    About the role#

    This internship is a 10 to 12 week program designed to provide hands-on corporate experience in manufacturing operations. You will work on developing and implementing a standardized company-wide design and installation standard. The goal is to drive consistency across products, projects, and manufacturing operations while improving quality and material utilization.

    What you'll do#

    • Evaluate current practices and document standards for product selection, layout, wire routing, labeling, sizing, installation, and inspection.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the approval and deployment of new standards.
    • Manage multiple projects with overlapping tasks and work independently.
    • Assist with process improvement initiatives.
    • Present your project outcomes to the local management team at the end of the program.

    What you'll need#

    • Full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university during the summer of 2027.
    • Pursuit of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or Operations Management.
    • A minimum 3.0 GPA.
    • Familiarity with relevant software and systems.
    • Experience with Microsoft Office products is preferred.

    • Term: Summer 2027.
    • Modality: This is an on-site, full-time position.
    • Compensation: $22.50 to $29.00 per hour.
