About the role#
This internship is a 10 to 12 week program designed to provide hands-on corporate experience in manufacturing operations. You will work on developing and implementing a standardized company-wide design and installation standard. The goal is to drive consistency across products, projects, and manufacturing operations while improving quality and material utilization.
What you'll do#
- Evaluate current practices and document standards for product selection, layout, wire routing, labeling, sizing, installation, and inspection.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the approval and deployment of new standards.
- Manage multiple projects with overlapping tasks and work independently.
- Assist with process improvement initiatives.
- Present your project outcomes to the local management team at the end of the program.
What you'll need#
- Full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university during the summer of 2027.
- Pursuit of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or Operations Management.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Familiarity with relevant software and systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products is preferred.

- Compensation: $22.50 to $29.00 per hour.
