    About the role#

    This internship provides exposure to Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) and Controllership functions. You will work on projects that support organizational accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory compliance. The program lasts 10 to 12 weeks and takes place during the summer of 2027.

    What you'll do#

    • Support key Finance and Accounting initiatives.
    • Assist with tax credit reconciliation and tariff allocation analysis.
    • Conduct records retention compliance reviews and perform SOX testing.
    • Support fixed asset management processes.
    • Apply classroom knowledge to on-the-job experiences.
    • Work in teams to manage multiple projects with overlapping tasks.
    • Develop technical skills and build professional relationships.
    • Assist with process improvement.
    • Present your work to the local management team at the end of the program.

    What you'll need#

    • Full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university through the internship period of May to August 2027.
    • Pursuit of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Accounting.
    • Minimum 3.0 GPA.
    • Familiarity with relevant software and systems.
    • Experience with Microsoft Office products is preferred.

    Location & details#

    • This position is based on-site in Centralia, Missouri.
    • This is a full-time, paid internship.
    • Hourly pay ranges from $22.50 to $29.00 per hour, depending on academic standing and expected graduation date.
