About the role#
This internship focuses on the transformation of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) at Hubbell. You will work on improving enterprise engineering documents and processes to support future workflows. You will partner with stakeholders to identify business needs, build solution strategies, and deliver process improvements.
What you'll do#
- Manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
- Partner with colleagues to identify and address business needs.
- Apply classroom knowledge to real-world engineering and business tasks.
- Develop technical skills specific to your major.
- Present project outcomes to the local management team at the end of the program.
What you'll need#
- Full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university in a relevant degree program, such as Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering, or Business Administration.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Familiarity with relevant software and systems.
- Project management experience is preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products is preferred.
