About the role#
This internship is a 10 to 12 week program designed to provide corporate experience in packaging engineering and sourcing. You will work on packaging optimization, testing, supplier evaluations, sustainability programs, and cost-reduction projects. Your work will focus on improving packaging performance, transportation efficiency, and product protection. At the end of the program, you will deliver a presentation to the local management team.

- Work independently with minimal supervision.

What you'll need#
- Full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Environmental Engineering, or Business Administration.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with relevant software and systems, with a preference for Microsoft Office.
- Interest in packaging optimization, strategic sourcing, and continuous improvement.
- Coursework or experience in packaging design, testing, CAD tools, data analysis, or supply chain environments is preferred.

- Location: Greenville, South Carolina.
- Term: Summer 2027 (May to August).
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $22.50 to $29.00 per hour, depending on academic standing and graduation date.
