This 10-week summer internship provides hands-on exposure to the full marketing mix, including social media, CRM operations, brand enablement, and direct mail coordination. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will work on a capstone project centered on supporting HqO's flagship annual conference, gaining experience in B2B marketing and event management.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate daily social media activity across channels, including drafting and scheduling posts and monitoring engagement.
- Support CRM data hygiene by auditing, cleaning, and organizing contact and account records.
- Manage event logistics for the annual conference, including vendor communication, attendee coordination, and on-site execution.
- Organize and maintain the marketing enablement library to ensure sales and customer success teams have access to updated collateral.
- Coordinate merchandise ordering and fulfillment for event swag, client gifting, and direct mail campaigns.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a graduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail and brand consistency.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and a basic understanding of content strategy or analytics.
- Experience or coursework in event planning, marketing operations, or project coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a professional environment.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.

- Modality: Hybrid (Monday-Thursday in the office).
- Status: Full-time, paid internship.
- Compensation: $26/hour for 1st-year interns; $30/hour for 2nd-year interns.
