Returning Learning & Development Intern- For Current or Previous HNTB Interns Only

About the role#

This internship position is exclusively for current or previous HNTB interns. The role provides administrative support and project assistance under supervision, allowing interns to apply concepts from their post-secondary business curriculum in a professional setting. This is a paid, part-time, temporary role.

What you'll do#

• Prepare reports, track and evaluate results, and coordinate program developments.
• Handle administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing messages, editing documents, and scheduling appointments.
• Participate in team meetings and interface with various departments.
• Assist management with data analysis and conduct research for special projects.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

What you'll need#

• Must be a current or previous HNTB intern.
• Enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and multi-task effectively.
