About the role#
As a Manufacturing Project Engineering Intern, you will contribute to the design, improvement, and optimization of industrial equipment and processes. Working alongside experienced professionals, you will participate in hands-on projects that directly impact operational performance and product quality within a manufacturing environment.
What you'll do#
- Design parts and tooling using CAD software such as Inventor, CREO, or equivalent.
- Coordinate the commissioning and optimization of industrial equipment and installations.
- Evaluate project risks and support decision-making to ensure deliverables, budgets, and timelines are met.
- Develop performance indicators to monitor process stability.
- Order necessary parts to support production and project activities.
- Collaborate with operators and maintenance teams to execute improvement projects.
- Participate in manufacturing process improvements to ensure product quality and on-time delivery.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Automated Production (mechanical profile).
- Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD, Inventor, CREO, or equivalent.
- Fluency in both French and English.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated leadership, autonomy, and professional rigor.
