About the role#
This is a 12-week, full-time, paid summer internship based on-site at our factory in Jefferson City, Missouri. You will join our team to gain hands-on experience in human resources while supporting approximately 1000 manufacturing employees across three shifts.
What you'll do#
- Support the recruiting life-cycle for hourly production hiring.
- Collect and analyze data to assist with recruitment and hiring processes.
- Create job flyers and on-the-job videos to support hiring efforts.
- Ensure follow-up and resolution for employee issues.
- Work both independently and effectively within a team environment.
What you'll need#
- Currently obtaining a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or Psychology.
- Existing work authorization for the United States.
- Strong Excel capabilities and a data-driven approach to tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
