About the role#
This is a 10-week paid internship based in Hilmar, California, for Summer 2027. You will work on-site at our production facilities. This role offers exposure to real business situations, including dairy visits and community projects. You will also have opportunities to interact with senior leadership to learn about our systems and services.
What you'll do#
- Improve specific processes related to CRM, Key Account Support, and pipeline development.
- Identify opportunities for succession and growth within the organization.
- Support organizational structure based on the new ISMP.
- Build skills in CRM, B2B sales, SAP, the sales cycle, and our product portfolio.
What you'll need#
- Completion of your sophomore year at a university.
- Progress toward a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong technical and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the work site.
Location & details#
- Location: Hilmar, California.
- Work environment: You will have a regular presence in manufacturing and warehouse areas, including temperature-controlled and uncontrolled locations. This role requires wearing personal protective equipment. You may need to walk or stand for long periods and lift or carry objects of moderate weight.
