About the role#
The Summer 2027 UCD Sales and Service Undergraduate Internship offers practical experience within the dental insurance industry. You will support the Sales and Service team for the Southeastern Pennsylvania market. This role provides exposure to the full sales cycle, customer service, and relationship management. You will work alongside experienced professionals to support daily departmental objectives and market initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Support the Sales and Service team with daily operating objectives and client needs.
- Conduct research and prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for action.
- Organize client and market information while assisting with meetings and follow-up tasks.
- Participate in the planning and implementation of team projects and initiatives.
- Use CRM tools to maintain information and track activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support client onboarding and account service.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university baccalaureate program.
- Pursuit of a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and external partners.
- Interest in learning about sales, client management, and business operations.
