About the role#
The Risk & Compliance Management Analyst Undergraduate Internship offers students hands-on experience in risk management, compliance monitoring, and governance within a large healthcare organization. You will work with compliance professionals and business partners to identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks. This role provides exposure to internal controls, audit, privacy, and business operations.
What you'll do#
- Support risk and compliance assessments.
- Collect and analyze data to track remediation activities.
- Maintain risk management systems and documentation.
- Develop reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on business process reviews.
- Assist with special projects focused on operational effectiveness and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct research and provide recommendations or proposals for action.
- Participate in the planning and implementation of unit projects.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university baccalaureate program.
- Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and internal constituencies.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. independently (visa sponsorship is not available for this role).
