About the role#
The Summer 2027 Reimbursement Analyst Undergraduate Internship offers practical experience within the Professional Provider Reimbursement Operations team. This role focuses on data operations, reimbursement processes, and business analysis. You will work alongside subject matter experts and business analysts to support the organization's master data infrastructure and ensure the reliable flow of reimbursement data.
What you'll do#
- Support day-to-day reimbursement operations and business analysis activities.
- Assist in the design, development, and documentation of master data infrastructure.
- Analyze data to research business issues and evaluate opportunities for process improvements.
- Document business processes and support reporting initiatives.
- Participate in the planning and implementation of team projects.
- Communicate with colleagues and internal or external constituencies to resolve operational problems.
- Engage in mentorship and project-based work to build technical and professional skills.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited baccalaureate program, either full-time or part-time.
- Progress toward a degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Management Information Systems (MIS), Healthcare Administration, Computer Information Technology, or a related field.
- Ability to work in the United States independently, as visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
