About the role#
The Summer 2027 Quality Lead/Operations Undergraduate Internship offers hands-on experience in software delivery, quality engineering, and project coordination. You will work within the Quality and Delivery Operations team to support technology initiatives, gain exposure to the software development lifecycle, and develop skills in data analysis and delivery governance. This is a part-time, remote internship.
What you'll do#
- Support software delivery, quality engineering, and operational reporting.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor testing activities and project dependencies.
- Maintain test schedules and delivery trackers.
- Analyze quality metrics and support defect and risk management.
- Prepare status reports and build dashboards to provide visibility into project health.
- Participate in the planning and implementation of projects and initiatives.
- Conduct research and provide recommendations or proposals for action.
- Provide services to the day-to-day operating objectives of your assigned area.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university baccalaureate program.
- Pursuing a degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related business or technical field.
- Ability to work in the U.S. independently, as visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
