About the role#
The Summer 2027 Digital Operations Business Analyst Undergraduate Internship provides hands-on experience in digital product delivery, operational planning, and portfolio management. You will work within a healthcare technology organization to support strategic initiatives and gain insight into how technology teams manage resources, monitor performance, and drive business value. This program offers mentorship and project-based learning to help you develop skills in business analysis, project management, and technology strategy.
What you'll do#
- Support demand and capacity planning activities.
- Track project and portfolio performance metrics.
- Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for improved effectiveness.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation.
- Coordinate activities across various stakeholders.
- Participate in the planning and implementation of unit projects and initiatives.
- Conduct research and provide recommendations for business actions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university baccalaureate program.
- Pursuit of a degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Management Information Systems, Information Systems, Project Management, Finance, Data Analytics, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently in the United States, as visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
