About the role#
The Delivery Management Undergraduate Internship offers students hands-on experience supporting strategic initiatives within the organization. You will work alongside experienced project managers and cross-functional teams to gain exposure to project lifecycles, from initial planning and requirements gathering to final delivery. This program provides training in project methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, while helping you build foundational skills for a career in project management.
What you'll do#
- Support day-to-day project operations and maintain project plans and documentation.
- Track deliverables and project milestones while assisting with project reporting.
- Coordinate meetings and manage action items for project teams.
- Conduct research and analysis to support project management best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help achieve project objectives.
- Participate in the planning and implementation of unit projects and initiatives.
- Complete a summer capstone project to demonstrate your learning and skills.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university baccalaureate program, either full or part-time.
- Pursuing a degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- Ability to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
