About the role#
The Summer 2027 Customer Experience Analyst Graduate Internship offers hands-on experience in customer experience strategy, digital optimization, journey analytics, and experience design. You will work within a healthcare organization to develop your skills in data-driven decision-making, user research, and customer journey evaluation. This role involves collaborating with business leaders, product owners, and marketing teams to analyze interactions and identify ways to improve the customer experience.
What you'll do#
- Analyze voice-of-customer data and evaluate customer journeys.
- Conduct website and digital experience assessments.
- Review Adobe Analytics insights to support process improvement.
- Develop journey maps and provide experience recommendations.
- Assist with content and SEO optimization efforts.
- Prepare presentations and reports for stakeholders.
- Participate in the planning and implementation of unit projects.
- Conduct research and provide recommendations for action.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor’s degree.
- Current enrollment in a graduate degree program, either full or part-time.
- Preferred: Pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Marketing, Customer Experience Management, Human-Centered Design, UX, Digital Marketing, Product Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Experience with Voice of Customer (VOC) analytics, customer journey mapping, customer experience measurement, or digital experience analysis.
- Ability to work in the U.S. independently (visa sponsorship is not offered).
