About the role#
The Community Affairs Undergraduate Intern role offers practical experience in corporate social responsibility and community engagement. You will work with the Community Affairs team to support employee volunteerism, strategic partnerships, and community programming. This position is designed to provide hands-on training and exposure to various career paths within the department.
What you'll do#
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of community and employee engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal business partners and external community organizations.
- Assist with volunteer programs, community events, and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Develop communications materials and support day-to-day department operations.
- Conduct research and provide reports, including recommendations for action.
- Analyze program results to suggest improvements for future initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university baccalaureate program, either full or part-time.
- Pursuit of a degree in Business Administration, Management, Nonprofit Management, Government Affairs, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently in the United States, as visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

- This is a paid, part-time internship for the Summer 2027 term.
- The role is located on-site in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania.
