About the role#
As an International Student Park Services Host, you are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the park. You will work in both indoor and outdoor settings to ensure guests enjoy a clean and safe environment. This is a full-time, on-site role for the Summer 2027 season.
What you'll do#
- Perform cleaning tasks in public areas, walkways, restrooms, offices, and food service locations.
- Empty trash receptacles and operate a trash compactor.
- Maintain park landscaping, including flowerbeds and pathways.
- Restock supplies such as soap and toilet paper in restrooms.
- Assist guests with questions or concerns to provide service.
- Operate motorized equipment, including golf carts and other vehicles.
- Handle and store cleaning chemicals and supplies according to safety protocols.
- Monitor the park for safety hazards and report maintenance issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and safety inspections.
- Ensure all areas meet ADA standards.
What you'll need#
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English.
- A valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Reliable transportation to and from the park.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Capability to stand, walk, bend, and lift at least 50 pounds for the duration of a shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a professional attitude.
- Ability to follow directions and work both independently and as part of a team.
