About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for the Summer 2026 term. You will work on-site in Montoursville, Pennsylvania. The role involves a mix of office tasks and field work, which requires working in various weather conditions. You must be prepared to use personal protective equipment as required by the site.
What you'll do#
- Perform a combination of office and field-based tasks.
- Work in outdoor environments subject to changing weather.
- Utilize required personal protective equipment while on site.
What you'll need#
- Current junior or senior status pursuing a degree in Mining Engineering or Geology.
- Students in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Mathematics, Physics, or Statistics are also eligible.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once while motivating team members.
- Strong skills in strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility and an openness to change.
- A high level of work ethic.
