About the role#
This is a 10-week paid internship focused on security program management. You will work with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and member-focused solutions. Throughout the program, you will gain experience by applying organizational processes and technologies while taking ownership of specific project components. You will receive guidance from an assigned mentor and manager as you work toward your final presentation for department leadership.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to project work, analyze information, and support the development of solutions.
- Conduct research and develop recommendations that inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on departmental initiatives.
- Own components of project deliverables with mentor guidance.
- Develop and deliver a final presentation to department leadership.
- Maintain company confidentiality and comply with all corporate policies.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a master’s degree or higher in cybersecurity, management information systems, information technology, information security, or computer science.
- Graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0.
- Available for the full 10-week program duration.
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Office 365 and virtual collaboration tools.
- Interest in cybersecurity, including cyber investigations and hacking.
- Experience with MS Project or JIRA is a plus, as is participation in technical competitions like Capture the Flag.
