About the role#
This is a 10-week paid internship program designed to provide hands-on experience within our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. You will work alongside cross-functional teams to support business objectives and member-focused solutions. Throughout the program, you will receive guidance from an assigned mentor and manager as you take ownership of specific project components.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to project work, analyze data, and develop recommendations that inform business decisions.
- Apply organizational processes, programs, and technologies to real-world tasks.
- Support departmental initiatives that improve business outcomes.
- Develop and deliver a final presentation to department leadership regarding your project and results.
- Maintain complete confidentiality of company business.
- Comply with all applicable compliance policies, including HIPAA and Corporate Integrity standards.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a master’s degree or higher in management information systems, information technology, information security, computer science, or a related field.
- Graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0.
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
- Availability for the full 10-week duration of the program.
- Strong interest in cybersecurity, including cyber investigations and computer hacking concepts.
- Proficiency with Office 365 and virtual team collaboration tools.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, hybrid position.
- You will be based in either Chicago, Illinois, or Richardson, Texas.
- Employees in this role are expected to be in the office at least three days per week.
