About the role#
We are looking for a Summer 2027 IT Intern to join our team in New York. This role offers the chance to gain real-world experience in the real estate investment industry while working directly with our information technology teams. You will participate in training, execute projects, and support daily operations under the guidance of department managers.
What you'll do#
- Provide software and hardware support by troubleshooting issues and assisting end-users.
- Collaborate with IT Analysts to gather requirements, analyze data, and contribute to project plans.
- Assist Engineering teams with coding, testing, and debugging tasks.
- Support IT project management initiatives to help meet business needs.
- Learn and apply tools, frameworks, and systems used in our IT operations.
- Contribute to process improvement efforts and suggest solutions to technical challenges.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited 4-year degree program, entering junior or senior standing.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5.
- Ability to commit to a 10-week program from June through August.
- Willingness to travel for Kick-Off and Capstone events.
- Proficiency with computers and strong communication skills.
- Professionalism, dependability, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain good working relationships and take accountability for your work.
- Adherence to company policies, including professional dress and conduct.
