About the role#
Harbinger is seeking an intern to join our Central Production team. You will focus on improving our systems and processes to ensure they are ready for scale. This is a paid, full-time position during the Winter 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and document system requirements.
- Analyze existing data and reporting to identify issues and propose new solutions.
- Test and implement updated systems to ensure they function correctly.
- Document system functionality and procedures.
- Provide training to users on new system updates.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program or greater in Business Administration or Data Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills to solve complex problems.
- Knowledge of software development processes.
- Familiarity with database management.
Location & details#
- This role is based in Garden Grove, California.
- You will work on-site 4-5 days per week.
- The internship is full-time, at 40 hours per week.
