About the role#
Guidepoint is hiring a Business Development Intern for the summer of 2028. You will support our teams in expanding our reach with corporations, financial institutions, and consulting firms. This role focuses on building relationships and helping potential clients understand how our services support their business decisions.
What you'll do#
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Research target industries, sub-sectors, and specific companies to understand their research needs.
- Map companies to identify relevant target groups and job functions.
- Contact prospects via email and phone to schedule meetings.
- Create engaging content for prospect meetings and explain our value proposition.
- Gather feedback from prospects to share with our sales and management teams.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelors degree and will graduate in 2028.
- You communicate in a mature way and can engage with high-profile clients.
- You work well both independently and as part of a team.
- You have strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- You can think creatively to identify and prioritize business development opportunities.
Location & details#
- This is a paid, full-time internship located on-site in New York, New York.
- The term for this role is Summer 2028.
