About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience in financial analysis, business planning, and operational strategy. You will work under the direction of an assigned supervisor to support core business functions. The role involves gaining exposure to multiple areas of the company, collaborating across departments, and building professional relationships with employees and industry partners.
What you'll do#
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
- Analyze operational data to find trends and improve efficiency.
- Support projects focused on cost management and business performance.
- Help with technology initiatives and financial system implementations.
- Prepare reports and presentations for leadership teams.
- Visit facilities to learn about business operations.
- Complete a summer internship project and participate in program meetings.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Agricultural Business, Economics, or Business Analytics.
- Good academic standing, preferably entering your junior or senior year.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel, including occasional overnight trips.
- Ability to work full-time for at least 12 weeks during the summer.

- Term: Summer 2027, starting May 24, 2027.
- Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $19 per hour.
