About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience within the multifamily construction industry. You will work on multimillion-dollar projects as part of our in-house general contractor team. The program runs for 10 weeks, from June 2, 2027, to August 6, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Assist the project team with site management, subcontractor coordination, and inspections of completed work.
- Manage project controls, including document management, submittals, requests for information, change management, and quality control.
- Attend project planning meetings and reviews.
- Support the preconstruction team by performing quantity take offs, developing bid packages, soliciting bids, and preparing estimates.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a bachelor's degree program in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Graduation date between December 2027 and May 2029.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and project management skills.
- Ability to track, report, and manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and work in a team environment.
- High attention to detail and a focus on quality.
