About the role#
As a Business Systems Intern, you will join the Customer Success Team to contribute to key projects. This role provides hands-on experience in project management, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration. You will complete a capstone project and presentation by the end of the 10-week program.
What you'll do#
- Support national and regional teams in marketing, legal compliance, system integration, custom reporting, and data analytics.
- Assist with meeting planning and the creation of presentations and collateral.
- Provide quick and accurate responses to internal customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with your team to solve problems.
- Manage your own capstone project, including planning, tracking progress, and delivering a final presentation.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or Information Systems.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
- A quantitative background with demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Curiosity, a desire to learn, and the flexibility to pivot as needed.
