About the role#
Reporting to the Director of Financial Reporting and Enterprise Expenses, you will join the Corporate Finance team. This team manages operational and capital expenditures across the enterprise, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. You will gain a broad understanding of the organization while supporting performance management and process improvement initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Compile monthly management reporting deliverables including variance analysis, headcount reporting, and forecasting.
- Prepare monthly journal entries such as accruals and reclasses.
- Develop, measure, and report on key performance indicators.
- Analyze expenditure trends to identify potential cost savings.
- Perform ad hoc financial analysis on specific areas of the business.
- Collaborate with the FP&A, continuous improvement, and accounting teams on finance transformation projects.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a post-secondary Co-op program.
- Currently working toward a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, mathematics, or a technical field.
- Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to process and manipulate large sets of data.
- Strong planning, time management, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English.
- Experience with Workday or Workday Adaptive Planning is an asset.
- Bilingualism in English and French is an asset.
- Interest in data analytics is an asset.

- This is a full-time, paid position based in Toronto, Ontario.
- The role operates on a hybrid work schedule.
