About the role#
Our summer internship program offers college students a chance to explore career paths and gain practical experience in food and beverage manufacturing. You will work on business projects, build professional skills, and learn how our organization functions across different departments. We are looking for students interested in industrial engineering, sales, quality assurance, supply chain, purchasing, and data analytics.
What you'll do#
- Complete an introductory rotation through key areas of our facility and operations.
- Focus on a primary assignment within your selected department.
- Work on projects connected to real business needs.
- Gather, organize, and analyze data to prepare reports, charts, and presentations.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate findings to leadership.
- Learn company processes, systems, and industry practices.
- Participate in professional development, team-building, and volunteer activities.
- Present a final project summary highlighting your work and recommendations.
- Follow all safety, food safety, and workplace policies.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited college or university pursuing a degree related to your internship area.
- Ability to work full-time for approximately 12 weeks during summer 2027.
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective organization and time-management skills to meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professionalism and a willingness to learn.

- Location: Omaha, Nebraska.
- Modality: On-site.
- Duration: Full-time, approximately 12 weeks from May through August 2027.
- Compensation: This is a paid internship.
- Benefits: Includes dorm-style housing, employee meat purchase discounts, and medical, dental, and vision coverage after 30 days of employment.
