Transfer Pricing Intern - Summer 2026

About the role#

As a Tax Intern in the National Transfer Pricing group, you will work with experienced staff on project and engagement management for multinational clients. You will assist in identifying and implementing transfer pricing strategies and solutions within the firm's international network.

What you'll do#

• Assist in delivering transfer pricing projects, including advice on inter-company transfers of tangible goods, intangible property, services, and loans.
• Conduct financial and economic analyses of multinational and domestic corporations, including industry research, economic valuations, and comparative financial benchmarking.
• Prepare valuation reports for closely held or publicly traded companies.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and collaborate with client management to gather information and perform tax services.
• Support documentation efforts, including tax provisions for GAAP financial statements and contemporaneous documentation to meet regulatory requirements.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• A minimum overall and major GPA of 3.0/4.0 is preferred.
• Strong research skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects, plan tasks, and work effectively in a team environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Ability to work additional hours and travel to client sites as necessary.
