Tax Intern - Winter 2027

About the role#

This Winter 2027 internship provides exposure to core tax procedures, including tax consulting, return preparation, research, and planning. As a member of the engagement team, you will work alongside partners, senior executives, and peers on a variety of client engagements across different industries. You will also have the opportunity to participate in team-building exercises, network with fellow interns, and meet with a mentor for regular feedback and professional development.

What you'll do#

• Review data input, identify and resolve technical tax issues, and assist in the review of tax preparations completed by our firm in India.
• Respond to inquiries from the IRS and other taxing authorities.
• Identify, research, and assess various tax issues while providing information to senior staff members.
• Collaborate with client team members to build rapport and strong professional relationships.
• Participate in team-building exercises and other assigned projects.

What you'll need#

• Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting.
• A minimum major and overall GPA of 3.0/4.0 is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong technical aptitude and a demonstrated ability to manage projects, including planning and time management.
• Ability to work efficiently in a complex team environment.
• Willingness and ability to work additional hours and travel to client sites as needed.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
