Tax Intern - Summer 2027

About the role#

As a Tax Intern during Summer 2027, you will gain exposure to tax procedures, including consulting and return preparation. You will work alongside Partners, senior executives, and peers as a member of an engagement team. This role offers the opportunity to develop new skillsets, participate in office community activities, and build professional relationships.

What you'll do#

• Review data input, identify and resolve technical tax issues, and assist in the review of tax preparations completed by our firm in India.
• Respond to inquiries from the IRS and other taxing authorities.
• Identify, research, and assess various tax issues while providing information to senior staff members.
• Collaborate with client team members to build rapport and strong relationships.
• Work on a variety of client engagements across diverse industries.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting.
• A minimum major and overall GPA of 3.0/4.0 is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills.
• Strong technical aptitude and skillset.
• Demonstrated project management skills, including project planning and time management.
• Ability to work efficiently in a complex team environment.
• Willingness and ability to work additional hours as needed and travel to various client sites.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
