Audit & Assurance Intern - Winter 2027

About the role#

As an Audit & Assurance Intern, you will gain hands-on experience with audit procedures across various business areas, including cash, receivables, inventory, fixed assets, payroll, and expense analysis. You will work directly with engagement teams, including staff, managers, and partners, to support client projects across diverse industries. This role provides an opportunity to develop professional skillsets through mentorship, networking, and team-building activities.

What you'll do#

• Review and audit business transaction cycles, such as cash, treasury, capital expenditures, and other income and expenses.
• Research audit issues using electronic databases and track financial information through audit-related software.
• Collaborate with client team members to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Work closely with engagement teams on all phases of project delivery.
• Participate in team-building exercises and professional development sessions.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting.
• A minimum major and overall GPA of 3.0/4.0 is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong technical aptitude.
• Ability to work effectively within a complex team environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship.
