Audit & Assurance Intern - Winter 2027

About the role#

As an Audit & Assurance Intern for Winter 2027, you will gain hands-on experience by working alongside partners, senior executives, and peers on engagement teams. This role involves exposure to audit procedures across various business areas, including cash, receivables, inventory, fixed assets, payrolls, and expense analysis. You will participate in team-building exercises, network with peers, and receive mentorship to support your professional development.

What you'll do#

• Review and audit business transaction cycles, including cash, treasury, capital expenditures, and other income and expenses.
• Research audit issues using electronic databases and track financial information with audit-related software.
• Identify and assess audit-related issues and communicate findings to senior staff members.
• Collaborate with client team members to build rapport and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Work with staff, managers, and partners across various phases of client engagements in diverse industries.

What you'll need#

• Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting.
• A minimum major and overall GPA of 3.0/4.0 is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong technical aptitude and demonstrated project management skills, including planning and time management.
• Ability to work efficiently in a complex team environment.
• Willingness to work additional hours and travel to client sites as needed.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

• Work Modality: Hybrid, with in-person attendance required at least two days per week at a company office or client site.
