Audit & Assurance Intern - Winter 2027

About the role#

As an Audit & Assurance Intern for Winter 2027, you will gain exposure to core audit procedures across various business areas, including cash, receivables, inventory, fixed assets, payrolls, and expense analysis. You will work directly with engagement teams, including partners, senior executives, and peers, to support client projects across diverse industries.

What you'll do#

• Review and audit business transaction cycles such as cash, treasury, capital expenditures, and other income and expenses.
• Research audit issues using electronic databases and track financial information using specialized audit software.
• Identify and assess audit-related issues and communicate findings to senior staff.
• Collaborate with client team members to build rapport and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Work closely with staff, managers, and partners throughout all phases of client engagements.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting.
• A minimum major and overall GPA of 3.0/4.0 is preferred.
• Strong technical aptitude and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated project management skills, including project planning and time management.
• Ability to work effectively in a complex team environment.
• Willingness to work additional hours as needed and travel to various client sites on short notice.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship.

• Modality: Hybrid (requires in-person attendance at least two days per week at a firm office or client site).
• Compensation: $40 per hour.
• Status: Full-time internship.
