Audit & Assurance Intern - Summer 2027

About the role#

As an Audit & Assurance Intern for Summer 2027, you will gain hands-on experience by working alongside partners, senior executives, and peers as part of an engagement team. You will participate in various audit procedures, engage in office community activities, and build professional relationships while working on client engagements across diverse industries.

What you'll do#

• Review and audit business transaction cycles, including cash, treasury, capital expenditures, and other income and expenses.
• Research audit issues using electronic databases and track financial information through audit-related software.
• Identify, assess, and report audit-related issues to senior staff.
• Work collaboratively with client team members to build rapport and strong professional relationships.
• Partner closely with staff, managers, and partners across all phases of project lifecycles.

What you'll need#

• Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting.
• A minimum major and overall GPA of 3.0/4.0 is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to travel to various client sites and work additional hours as needed.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
