Audit & Assurance Intern - Summer 2027

About the role#

As an Audit & Assurance Intern, you will gain hands-on experience by supporting engagement teams on a variety of client projects across different industries. You will work alongside partners, senior executives, and peers to learn audit procedures, participate in office community activities, and build professional relationships. This role offers exposure to the full lifecycle of audit engagements and provides opportunities for professional development through mentorship and team collaboration.

What you'll do#

• Review and audit business transaction cycles, including cash, treasury, capital expenditures, and other income and expenses.
• Research audit issues by utilizing electronic databases and audit-related software to track financial information.
• Identify, assess, and communicate audit-related findings to senior staff members.
• Collaborate with client team members to build rapport and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Network with peers, participate in team-building exercises, and engage in firm-sponsored social events.
• Work closely with staff, managers, and partners across all phases of project engagements.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting.
• A minimum major and overall GPA of 3.0/4.0 is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong technical aptitude and a demonstrated ability to manage projects, including planning and time management.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively within a complex team environment.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and work additional hours as needed.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship.

• Modality: Hybrid (requires in-person attendance at least two days per week at a firm office or client site).
• Status: Full-time internship.
