About the role#
The IT Intern supports IT and Operations staff in a multi-office construction environment. This role offers hands-on experience with the functions and daily activities of an IT department while contributing to ongoing projects.
What you'll do#
- Assist with PC deployments and Help Desk support.
- Help users resolve issues with computer and telephony hardware and software.
- Participate in documentation tasks and various special projects.
- Manage and prioritize resources and project tasks.
What you'll need#
- High School diploma and current enrollment in a community college or undergraduate program.
- Preferred field of study in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Administration.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in IT support or a help desk role.
- Understanding of PC hardware and software in a Windows 365 environment.
- Experience working with SharePoint.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a high production environment.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work well within a team.

- Modality: On-site.
- This is a full-time, paid internship with a rolling term.
