About the role#
This is a 12-week paid, full-time internship based at our Home Office. You will join the Inbound Transportation department to work on projects that support our distribution operations across North America. The role includes professional development, mentorship, and networking opportunities alongside other interns across various departments.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with vendors to identify and move freight lanes to Capstone management.
- Improve operational efficiency by evaluating existing Capstone-managed lanes.
- Gather and analyze data to support the growth of freight operations.
- Estimate potential cost savings and efficiency gains by assessing logistics frameworks.
- Work directly with a team that uses AI as a core collaborator to build intelligent systems.
- Attend networking events and participate in our mentorship program.
- Shadow different roles across the organization to explore potential career paths.
- Develop skills through workshops covering communication, presenting, and professional platforms.
- Participate in community and stewardship efforts.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program for Supply Chain or Logistics.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
