About the role#
This internship position supports the Corporate EHS and Sustainability team. You will work on discrete projects to improve environmental, health, and safety outcomes within a semiconductor manufacturing environment. The role requires a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week during the summer of 2027.
What you'll do#
- Assess and advance sustainability and EHS projects.
- Assist the team with peer benchmarking and resource conservation initiatives.
- Use AI tools to perform data analysis.
- Define and communicate the business case and next steps for assigned projects.
- Manage project milestones and provide status updates.
- Support the broader team on additional tasks as needed.
- Follow all safety, health, and security programs while performing your work.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as at least a sophomore in a Bachelor or Master degree program for Environmental Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum overall GPA of 3.0 and good academic standing.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and innovate.
- Prior internship or co-op experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in school or work settings.
