About the role#
GIRO is hiring a Front-End Web Development Intern for the Winter 2027 term. You will join a collaborative development team to build new features, maintain existing products, and participate in modernization initiatives. While the focus is on front-end work, you will also contribute to back-end application development and the evolution of various software components.
What you'll do#
- Build new features and maintain existing products.
- Participate in modernization and redesign projects.
- Contribute to back-end development tasks.
- Provide technical support to project and development teams.
- Create technical design and analysis documentation.
What you'll need#
- Completion of at least two years of a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Mathematics.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and web development best practices.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming, specifically C++.
- Ability to communicate effectively in French, both spoken and written.
- Knowledge of C# and .NET is an asset.
