About the role#
We are hiring an Electrical Engineering Intern to join our Engineering Design Organization for the Summer 2027 term. You will work alongside engineers and project managers on power system projects in a hybrid environment. This role requires you to work from our Orlando office three days a week.
What you'll do#
- Perform engineering studies and comparative economic evaluations.
- Assist with CADD drawings and design calculations.
- Develop facilities layouts, schematics, and schedules.
- Conduct cost estimates and compile project data.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Electrical Engineering Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program.
- A solid understanding of engineering fundamentals.
- The ability to learn on the job and apply academic theory to practical tasks.
- Skill in managing multiple tasks and setting priorities.
- AutoCAD experience is a plus.
