About the role#
Geotab is seeking a Marketing Intern to support the APAC marketing team. This is a 12-month, full-time paid internship focused on gaining hands-on experience in marketing operations, event coordination, and initiative management. You will work in a collaborative, hybrid environment supporting regional marketing activities and sales team initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Assist with event coordination, content development, email marketing, and data management.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external support agencies to execute advertising, PR, product launches, and channel campaigns.
- Audit databases for accuracy and liaise with internal teams to maintain data integrity.
- Support the Sales team by assisting with co-marketing programs and improving partner digital presence.
- Assist with email marketing tasks, including content collection, proofreading, and testing.
- Coordinate internal announcements and contribute to departmental documentation.
- Gain exposure to marketing technology tools, including CRM, CMS, and project management platforms.
What you'll need#
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Media, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of digital marketing and strong analytical skills.
- Technical competence with software programs, specifically Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively; experience working or studying remotely is highly valued.
- Strong organizational skills, proactivity, and the ability to work well within a team.

- Modality: Hybrid.
- Commitment: Full-time (38 hours per week), 12-month term.
