About the role#
This year-round Marketing Internship at Geoprobe Systems offers a hands-on opportunity to build design and multimedia skills within the machinery manufacturing industry. You will work closely with project managers and experienced marketers to develop visual content while gaining insight into marketing strategy. This role involves both desk-based design work and time away from the computer to capture photos and videos of equipment and products.
What you'll do#
- Capture and edit videos that tell stories or highlight product benefits and functionality.
- Take and edit photos of equipment, tools, and company personnel for marketing use.
- Create visual assets for both print and digital platforms.
- Review work for accuracy and design consistency.
- Learn about the company culture, products, customers, and the industries served.
- Assist with additional projects as needed, which may include occasional travel.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program in graphic design, marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Basic skills in video and photography capture and editing.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Attention to detail with solid writing and editing skills.
- Clear, professional communication skills and the ability to collaborate with others.
- Interest in or exposure to mechanical equipment is considered a plus.
