About the role#
As a Systems Engineer Intern, you will apply your academic knowledge to programs that support national defense. You will join collaborative teams to work on technical projects and contribute to solutions that assist with high-stakes national security missions.
What you'll do#
- Apply classroom skills to real-world defense programs.
- Work alongside experienced colleagues on various technical projects.
- Contribute to the development of systems that support national defense services.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited degree program for Computer, Systems, Software, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- A thorough understanding of engineering technology.
- Sophomore standing or higher is preferred.
- U.S. citizenship is required for this role.
- Ability to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
- A Department of Defense Secret security clearance is preferred at the time of hire.

- This role is located in Pittsfield, Massachusetts.
- The position is on-site and full-time.
- This is a paid internship with a rolling term.
